Nottingham born rockstar JAKE BUGG has announced that his sixth studio album is set to be unveiled this September.

Coming off the back of his ‘Your Town‘ tour, JAKE performed in front of a host of sell out intimate crowds across the UK, with new music teased since he went back on the road again in December 2023.

The first single titled ‘Zombieland’ follows on from the announcement. It is available across digital streaming platforms HERE. The official music video can be found below.

In a press release, JAKE goes in to detail on ‘Zombieland‘ by saying “It’s fucking brutal,” he says of the people he’s known who exist in “a constant cycle of working to live”. “They’re not paid what they’re worth. People have the same routine every day, they’re at work more than they see their kids, then the government puts the retirement age up. It’s not right.”

The brand new album ‘A Modern Day Distraction’ is scheduled for release 20th September via RCA Records. Pre-order HERE.

Alongside the new music announcement comes dates of his upcoming UK + Ireland tour, set for November 2024. Tickets go on sale Friday 24th May at 10am.
