Over the years, the Lake District’s premier festival, KENDAL CALLING has hosted huge names including Stereophonics, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, Blossoms, Royal Blood and many more.
In 2025, the festival will celebrate it’s 20th birthday, and the line-up has been revealed, consisting of huge headliners, returning names and debut performances across multiple stages.
Manchester indie rock icons COURTEENERS will top the bill for the second time, having previously headlined the 2019 edition. Liam Fray and co recently released their seventh studio album ‘Pink Cactus Café‘, with their slot at Kendal Calling set to include new material on the night.
Iconic DJ FATBOY SLIM will close out the main stage on Saturday, marking his debut performance at the festival. Achieving a UK #1 album back in 1998 with ‘You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby‘, Norman Cook has gone on to secure 7 UK top 10 singles in his time and is guaranteed to bring the party to the fields next year.
Electronic heroes THE PRODIGY are set to conclude the festival with their fantastic live show, fans can expect a ray of hits like ‘Firestarter‘, ‘Breathe‘ and ‘Voodoo People‘ for a set filled with high energy and a mesmerising light show where rock meets rave.
Leeds legends KAISER CHIEFS will celebrate 20 years of ‘Employment’ on the Thursday, which see’s the band play their debut record in full plus some of their greatest hits from over the years.
Returning to the festival once again, THE K’S, LOTTERY WINNERS and FRANK TURNER (this time with The Sleeping Souls) are amongst the many names announced for 2025.
Chart toppers THE LAST DINNER PARTY, special guests THE PIGEON DETECTIVES and SCOUTING FOR GIRLS are all set to appear across the weekend too. The full line-up reveal can be found on the poster below.
