Manchester’s PASTEL have shared the news that their debut album will be unveiled next year, plus the announcement of their UK headline tour will follow shortly after its release.

‘Souls in Motion‘ is set for release 17th January 2025 via Spirit of Spike Island. Pre-order HERE.

In a press release, guitarist James Yates said “‘Souls In Motion’ was written over a 12 month period, where after work, we’d lock ourselves in our basement rehearsal room of Bunkhouse to write an album we feel people have been waiting 20 years for. An album which hangs on the framework of our chequered upbringing in Manchester, and the positive dazed outlook we all now share.”

The album features their latest single ‘Leave A Light On (Velvet Storm)‘, fan favourites ‘Your Day‘, ‘Escape‘ and ‘Deeper Than Holy‘ plus a host of new tracks for fans new and old to get involved in.

PASTEL will also be heading out on a UK headline tour in February and March in support of the record. Tickets go on general sale Friday 15th November at 10am.
