Newcastle’s ANDREW CUSHIN looks to take on 2025 as strong as he did last year, with the upcoming release of his second album ‘Love Is for Everyone‘ edging closer.
Following the release of the title track, ANDREW continues to treat his fans far and wide to regular new music, this time in the form of his new single titled ‘Alright‘.
In a press release, CUSHIN said “‘Alright’ is about the struggle of being skint. There are lines in the song that personify working to live: saving for a cheap holiday, spending time in the pub with your mates. The chorus is about striving for more than just that. ‘It’s alright if you wanna take it, but I’m not like that and I’ll never be that way.’ ‘Alright’ is a record about taking your situation and either living with it or working to make it better.
It’s a very indie song born out of one of my family asking me to write something she could dance to. If she doesn’t dance to this I’m all out of ideas.”
‘Alright‘ is available now across digital streaming platforms HERE.

‘Love Is for Everyone‘ is scheduled for release Friday 2nd May 2025 via LAB Records. Pre-order HERE.
