Returning for it’s third year in Sheffield, ROCK N ROLL CIRCUS has expanded to a five day event for 2025, and easily their most exciting yet.

The first announcement for this year came just four weeks after the 2024 edition, with an action packed day of local names set to feature throughout the day, headlined by Reverend & The Makers as part of their 20 year celebration. Recent news saw the iconic Queens of the Stone Age reveal their first performance in Sheffield since 2000, with two dates to kick start the event.

It has now been unveiled that the Sunday line-up is a celebration of 90’s icons, with Manchester’s JAMES headlining the day. The band released their 18th studio album ‘Yummy’ back in April 2024, reaching #1 in the UK Album Charts.

Birmingham legends OCEAN COLOUR SCENE will back in Sheffield, after a set of frequent appearances in the last few years, this is set to be one of their most exciting shows to date.

Holding three UK #1 records, EMBRACE will be making their RNR Circus debut this year, and set’s up a perfect opportunity to draw in old and new fans as they are working on their ninth studio album.

In a press release, festival director Ali O’Reilly said “After the huge excitement around Queens of the Stone Age, we’re thrilled to announce yet another phenomenal night of music. James are one of the UK’s most celebrated live acts, and alongside an incredible supporting cast, we know this will be an unforgettable night. Rock N Roll Circus is all about delivering a unique and immersive festival experience, and we can’t wait to bring it all to life this summer.”

Liverpool’s CAST and the ever graceful SLEEPER have also been announced for Rock N Roll Circus’ final day, to conclude a day filled with hits from such an iconic time in British music.

Completing the first wave of acts, THE LILACS, GIRLBAND! and SONNI MILLS will feature on the day, with more names yet to be announced.
