Kicking off the 2025 festival season in May is Liverpool’s two day city centre festival, SOUND CITY.

Spanning across multiple venues in Liverpool, this year sees the festivals biggest line-up yet. For 2025, the headliners are Wrexham’s indie rock stars THE ROYSTON CLUB and Scotland born artist DYLAN JOHN THOMAS.

Local punk-rock quartet STONE are billed as the afternoon headliner, which gives them a longer set to perform earlier in the day time. Fellow Liverpool act KEYSIDE will be performing also, having sold out their hometown show on their recent headline tour.

Birmingham’s OVERPASS and THE CLAUSE, Scotland native RIANNE DOWNEY, the magnificent NIEVE ELLA and ALLIE SHERLOCK are amongst the names also performing across the weekend.

Manchester’s ALEX SPENCER, duo DIRTY BLONDE, THE GUEST LIST and BETTER JOY are also set to appear at this years Sound City. All the names announced so far can be found on the poster below.

Sound City takes place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May 2025 in Liverpool.
