The London pair GOOD NEIGHBOURS brought their ‘Adolescence‘ tour to locations outside of the traditional touring circuit. On their fourth stop, they stopped by in Hull, which saw them perform a number of upbeat songs and provide the people of Humberside with an all-out good time, whilst treating them to a host of unreleased material along the way.

Kicking off the evening was BEATTIE, who opened the show with her elegant new single ‘The Poet‘. Feel-good indie songs ‘Lucky‘ and ‘Love Lorn‘ kept the audience engaged throughout the performance, with the room rapidly beginning to fill out as the set progressed. With a great response on the night, her raw debut track ‘London‘, concluded the show. Undoubtedly gaining a lot of new followers, the Bedford artist sets up a busy 2025 with a positive reaction on this tour.

Following a fantastic opening performance, GOOD NEIGHBOURS quickly got to work on their headline slot. The room exploded in applause when the opening song, ‘Kids Can’t Sleep‘, opened the show. ‘Bloom‘ and their first single of the yea ‘Ripple‘ continued the energetic performance, has already become customary with their fan base. As further unreleased material featured on the night, the news of an upcoming album was positively received, and showcases a real evolution in the bands sound. ‘Walk‘ and ‘People‘ were perfect examples of that before the more laid back acoustic and their most recent single, ‘Starry Eyed‘, gave the audience a chance to relax before the remainder of the show picked up the pace.

Throughout the show, the Hull audience continued to respond enthusiastically, with ‘Weekend Boy‘ keeping them upbeat and the unreleased ‘Small Town’ keeping them interested and anticipating its eventual release. ‘Wonderful Life’ served as the remaining unreleased track of the night, setting up a spectacular conclusion that followed immediately after. The band’s striking final two tracks had the room exploding once more, as their most popular single ‘Home‘ and the finale of ‘Daisies‘ completed an incredible night on Humberside for GOOD NEIGHBOURS.

This run of intimate shows is surely their final, as popularity for the band continues to grow, and with a full-length release looming in the near future, GOOD NEIGHBOURS are set for a wild ride throughout 2025.
