Manchester based band DOVES are set to close out their 2025 with a short run of dates across the UK this December. The band have announced the final two shows of the tour in support of their upcoming compilation album ‘So, Here We Are: Best of Doves‘, which is set for release on Friday 14th November. Pre-order HERE.
Back in February, the band released their sixth studio album ‘Constellations for the Lonely‘, reaching #5 in the UK Album Charts and a follow up five years on from their third chart topping release ‘The Universal Want‘.
In a press release, Jimi Goodwin says: “So, here we are… a ‘best of’ can be a difficult thing to pull off but it was surprisingly easy once we got thinking. It’s by no means complete but, then how could it be? It’s been revelatory and somehow cathartic, revising what we’ve achieved together. I mean, wow! Did we really write this stuff?”
DOVES will be performing their final two shows of 2025 in Sheffield and their hometown of Manchester. After selling out The Leadmill and two nights at Aviva Studios back in March, the band will be returning to both cities for a night filled with their best material.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday 3rd September at 10am.
