Fresh from her supporting slot with Pale Waves and the release of her EP, we submitted some questions to EMMMA to chat about her exciting end to 2025 as well as plans for next year.

Your EP ‘Wednesday’s Child‘ has been out a few weeks now. What has the reception been like so far?

It has been amazing! I feel so honored that people are listening and resonating with the songs, I’m so proud of this body of work and it makes me so happy that people are listening and sharing and liking it as much as I do.

Is there a particular song on the EP that stands out to you personally?

I love all of my songs, but ‘Whiplash‘ is probably a favorite of mine. The production is so powerful and probably musically my favorite, and the message is something I am still going through every day. I know it’s a slow burn of a song but I think that’s why it might be one of my favorites.

You have recently completed a UK tour alongside Pale Waves, how was the experience touring with them and also performing in front of their fans?

I had the most amazing time touring with Pale Waves, and I am so sad it’s over! I had such a good time meeting everyone who came and chatting with the audiences, who I hope now are listening to my music as well! I think the audience crossover was really perfect and I just had the best time.

Your main influences being artists such as Holly Humberstone, Chappell Roan and Phoebe Bridgers, what have you taken away from their music as well as personalities?

I am definitely influenced by those three, but I try to be my own person and artist as much as I can! My biggest takeaway from them is that they’re all telling their own version of the truth with confidence, and I think as an artist that’s the best thing you can do. Audiences can sniff unoriginality and fabrication a mile away.

What plans do you have for 2026 that you can tease us with?

I will be rolling out a tonne of new music next year- as well as announcing some more live dates! Stay tuned for those, coming soon!
